James J. Laurelli, of Lansdowne, age 74 passed away peacefully on September 21, 2019. Mr. Laurelli was born in Philadelphia to the late James and Lucille Laurelli. He is a graduate of Upper Darby High School. Jimmy was a retired mechanic from SEPTA, after retirement Jimmy was a bartender at Mary’s Café in Clifton Heights which he enjoyed very much. Jimmy was a big Phillies and Eagles fan, he loved Sunday dinners with family and spending time with his daughter and grandchildren. Predeceased by his wife Geraldine S. (SanFillippo) Laurelli. Survivors: Daughter, Alicia (Chris) Alkins; grandchildren, Nicolette and Alexander Alkins; sisters, Carmella (Walter) O’Brien, Loretta (Rocky) DiPaola and Elaine Sabatini. Also survived by many nieces, nephews. Visitation: Monday, 9:30 am at St. Charles Borromeo Church 3422 Dennison Ave. Drexel Hill. Funeral Mass: Monday, 10:30 am at St. Charles Borromeo Church.
