Mr. Henry C. Hunley, Jr., age 83, of Shelbyville, passed away Monday, September 9, 2019, at his home under the loving care and comfort of his family. The family will receive 4-7:30 PM Wednesday the funeral home. A Memorial Service will begin at 7:30 PM. Per his request, his remains were cremated. Henry C. was born April 29, 1936, in Red Boiling’s Springs, Tennessee, to the late Henry C. and Della Elizabeth Johnson Hunley. He was a retired welder with Nashville Bridge Company. Survivors include his wife, Nancy Short Hunley, of Shelbyville; sons, Rodney Hunley, and his wife Wendy, of Shelbyville and Tommy Hunley, and his wife Jenifer, of Nashville; two brothers, Ray and Roger Hunley, and two sisters, Wanda and Alma; grandchildren, Korie Beth Hughes, and her husband Cory, Cody Logan Hunley, and his wife Brittney, and Kayden Brette Hunley; great grandchildren, Harlee Tate and Logan Cash. Henry C. would be honored by contributions to your favorite charity. Feldhaus Memorial Chapel is assisting the family.
