Gordon “Dennis” Wilhoit, age 60 of New Paris, formerly of Germantown passed away September 18, 2019 in Jacksonville, NC. He was born in Dayton, OH and was a 1977 graduate of Valley View High School. Dennis loved the outdoors, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working in the yard. He never knew a stranger and was happiest having good conversations with his family and friends. Dennis was preceded in death by his mother Carol Prater, step father Jim Prater, his brother Earl Jr. Wilhoit and sister Lori Montgomery. He is survived by his wife Michelle Wilhoit, his children Greg Wilhoit, Erica (Kyle) Hamilton, Justin (Lindsay) Seagraves, grandchildren Reese and Kinsley Wilhoit, Brynlee, Brielle, and Walter Hamilton, and Parker Kate Seagraves, his sisters Cindy West and Lisa Brown, and numerous extended family and close friends that already miss him dearly. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 12:00 PM at the First Church of God in Germantown, 760 Farmersville Pike, Germantown, OH 45327 with Pastor Richard Triplett officiating, interment immediately following at Fairview Cemetery in Gratis. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service beginning at 10:00 am. favorite_border Donations Pledges
