Angelina (Angie) (nee Palmeri) Gionfriddo, 86, of Neptune City, passed away peacefully at home Sunday, September 1, 2019 after a long illness. By her side, was her devoted daughter, Theresa (Price), who lovingly cared for her mother daily. Mrs. Gionfriddo was born in Neptune Township and grew up in Asbury Park. She attended Asbury Park High School and was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, Asbury Park. She was a homemaker, an avid Bingo player and enjoyed trips to Atlantic City. Mrs. Gionfriddo was predeceased in 2017 by her husband of 64 years Vincent Sr. She is also predeceased by a daughter, Angelina, in infancy. Surviving are her children and their spouses, Theresa and Kevin Price, and Vincent Jr. and Jeanne Gionfriddo, all of Neptune City. Also surviving are her grandchildren Toni and Michael Price and Chrissie and Michelle Gionfriddo. Other survivors include her sister, Antoinette, and a brother, Anthony, both of Florida and a brother, Russell, of California.
