Ronald Ray Faith, 76, of Mauckport, Indiana, died Saturday, August 24, 2019, at his home near Mauckport. He was born August 18, 1943, in Laconia, Indiana, to the late Raymond and Lucille Mowrer Faith. He was a retired construction worker and a farmer and was a member of the Greenville Masonic Lodge #416 and the Laborers International Union of North America #576. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Charles Faith; and his sister, Betty Brown. Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Phyllis Lynn Shewmaker Faith; his son, Terry Faith of Mauckport; his daughters, Rhonda McAfee (Richard) of Corydon and Jennifer Gunther (Chad) of Mauckport; his grandchildren, Jason McAfee (Samatha), Mathew Faith, Emily Gunther, Travis Gunther, and Chloe Gibson; and his brothers, Gerald Faith (Kathy) of Elizabeth, Donald Faith (Ada) of New Salisbury and David Faith (Sally) of Orlando, Florida. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 29, 2019, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon. Pastor Frank Pendleton will officiate. Burial will be in Central Cemetery in Central. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and after 9:00 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Travis Gunther and Troy, Mathew, Matt, Gary and Chris Faith. Honorary pallbearers will be Mark and Kevin Faith, Richard Mauck and Brian Brown. The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
