Mr. Richard Leroy Chancey, age 77, of Hoover, passed away Monday August 19, 2019 at his residence. Visitation will be Saturday August 24, 2019 from 10:30am to 11:30am at Carr Funeral Home. Funeral Service will follow at 11:30 at Carr Funeral Home. Burial will follow at 2pm at Crestview Cemetery. Mr. Chancey is survived by, Sister; Norma Edwards (Jerry), and a Niece; Molissa Moss. Mr. Chancey was preceded in death by his Wife; Peggy Woods Chancey, and Parents; Norman and Mayme Chancey.
