Obituary for Margaret E “Marge” Dello Buono Print Margaret E. Dello Buono, of Newark, age 71, passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2019. Marge was a 1966 graduate of Ridley Township High School. As a homemaker, Marge’s life was centered around her family. She was a former member of the New Castle Welcome Wagon. She enjoyed bowling, ceramics, flower arranging and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Marge worked at the Franklin Mint in her younger years and worked at the Terry Children’s Center for 15 years before retiring in 2006. Marge was preceded in death by her son, Vincent Dello Buono; her brothers, Raymond and Howard Smith; her parents, George Smith and Mildred Stowe; her step-father, Jack Stowe and her aunt, Margaret Stowe. Survivors include her spouse, Anthony Jr; her sons, Anthony III (Kim), Daniel, Nicholas and Jason (Lily); her daughter-in-law, Michelle; her grandchildren, Anthony IV (Kelsey), Joseph, Nicholas, Jamil and Dylan; her great grandson, Asher; her brother, George Smith, Jr and her sister, Mildred Stowe-Melchiorre. Funeral Services will be at 11 am on Wednesday, May 22 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis St. Newport, DE 19804 where visitation will begin at 10 am. Burial will follow at Edgewood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Marge’s memory may be made to the Sunday Breakfast Mission, 110 Poplar St, Wilmington, DE 19801.
