Joyce “Maw” Keeth, 68, of North Branch, died Friday, August 30, 2019. Joyce was born February 28, 1951 in Peru, Indiana to Robert and Jane Louise (Shelton) Mellinger. She graduated from Lincoln High School, class of 1969. Joyce married Raford William Keeth, Jr. on July 12, 1969 in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Joyce was a loving homemaker her entire life. She worked in the shipping & receiving department at PC Treasurer’s Fulfillment Center. Joyce’s favorite things included: playing bingo, making crafts, cooking, fishing and being with her grandchildren. Joyce is survived by her husband, Raford W. Keeth, Jr.; her children: Billy Ray (Camille) Keeth of Oxford, Bruce Wayne (Lisa) Keeth of Metamora and Debra Kay (James) Keeth of Auburn Hills; parents, Bob and Louise Mellinger of Saline; grandchildren: Michael, Cody, Breanna, Bradley, Tyler, Chelsea, Blake and Jake; several great grandchildren; brothers: Mike (Liz) Mellinger, Mark (Sherry) Mellinger and Scott (Lisa) Mellinger; mother-in-law, Annie Eloise Keeth of Lake Orion. Joyce was preceded in death by brothers, Bruce & Bryan Mellinger and her father-in-law, Raford W. Keeth, Sr. Visitation will be from 4-8PM Monday, September 2, 2019 at Muir Brothers Funeral Home, Lapeer. Joyce’s funeral service will be 11:00AM Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at Muir Brothers.
