Gwendolyn G Fraley, 84, of Anderson, was promoted to Glory August 25, 2019 at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital Indianapolis, IN. She was born on February 22, 1935 in Minot, North Dakota. Gwen graduated from Anderson High School, 1953 . She retired from Guide Lamp after 25 years of service. She was a member of Anderson First Church of the Nazarene and grew up affiliated with The Salvation Army where she had been the pianist while her parents were the Corp Officers. Gwen was a woman of tremendous faith and love for God and others. Gwen is survived by her children, Ronald Shea Fraley, Beth (John) Mollet, John David Fraley; grandchildren, Andrea Beeman, Allie Fraley, Adam Fraley, Erika Kiphart -Ganley, Samuel Kiphart, great-grandchildren, Ragan Fraley, Kade McClain, Kyle McClain, Ariah Fraley, JennaGrace Ganley, Jake Kiphart, Scarlett Kiphart; sisters-in-law, Alice Rawlin, Kathy Rawlin; brother-in-law, Bill Wilson; many nieces and nephews; and special friends, Doris Benzenbower and Moe and Max Estes. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Dale Fraley; parents, Joseph and Margaret Rawlin; siblings, Faith Wilson, Ruth Wilson, Wesley Rawlin, Hubert Rawlin, Bill Rawlin, Beulah Rawlin, Ella Rawlin, and Connie Hart. A celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 1:00pm followed by Fellowship until 6pm at the Salvation Army, 1615 Meridian Street, Anderson, IN 46016 officiated by Major Wes Green, Retired and Alice Rawlin.
