Faye’s Obituary Faye Winters Kilpatrick, 93, of Franklin passed away 3:27 a.m. Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at her home. She was a former resident of Union City. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time. Mrs. Kilpatrick was born August 4, 1926, in Gibson County, daughter of the late William Ernest and Ailene (Bartlett) Winters. She married Thomas Euin “Tom” Kilpatrick April 1, 1944. He preceded her in death October 25, 2004. Faye was a retired bookkeeper at E.W. James corporate office. She was a member of Second Baptist Church in Union City. She is survived by her daughter, Tommye Faye James of Franklin; one granddaughter, Lee Ann James of Franklin; one grandson, David James II (Meshea) of Franklin; three great grandchildren, Trey James, Kimberly James and Anna James all of Franklin; one sister, Jo Ann Reed of Dyer; and one brother, Jimmy Winters (Lavera) of Mason Hall.
