Dennis Edward Parkstone, IV “Stickman” of Wilmington, Delaware, went home to be with his mother Sandra Jo Parkstone on Sunday, July 28, 2019. He is survived by his father, Dennis E. Parkstone, III; his grandfather, Dennis E. Parkstone, II; his wife, Alexis Dunlap-Parkstone; his children, Dennis E. Parkstone, V “Twig,” Valerie Deel, Zack Cerroni, Gage DeMasi-Parkstone, Aryan and Isabella Parkstone; his sister, Sharon Parkstone-Pugh (husband Virgil); and a host of family and friends. He most adored his wife Alexis and his children. Stick cherished his time with his family and friends. He loved cooking with his children and caring for his cats. He loved jamming his music while sitting with family and friends around the bonfire. He really loved football season, ribbing his sister and friends for being Dallas fans because he was a diehard EAGLE fan. He went to DelCastle High School and school of hard knocks in the 302 crew. He was a painter by trade. His celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at 3:30 pm at Diamond State VFW Post 2863, located at 8 S. DuPont Rd. in Wilmington, DE 19804. In lieu of flowers, donate to Diamond State VFW Post 2863. Arrangements are by Faries Funeral Home and Crematorium.
