Van “Eddie” Hall, 49, of Rose Hill, VA passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Holston Valley Medical Center. A native of Lee County, VA, he was born November 4, 1969 to the late John Bab Hall and Ollie Anderson Hall. Eddie was a hard worker who served the Lee County School System for 20 years. He enjoyed hunting, farming and gardening. He is survived by his wife and partner of 24 years, Pam Matlock; two daughters, Ashley Matlock and Tiffany Disney and her husband Ryan; one granddaughter, Payton Branscome; one brother, John Shawn Hall and his wife April; three sisters, Tracy Strouth and her husband C.J., Stacy Fee, Karen Gibson and Shannon Sergeant and her husband Jeff; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. The family will receive friends from 4 until 6:00 p.m. Saturday, July 20, at Robinette Funeral Home in Rose Hill. The funeral service will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. with Rev.
