Reba Ann Scoggins Robbins age 78 a life-long resident of Cleveland and Bradley County passed away Monday July 29, 2019. She was the daughter of late Raymond Lester and Mary Frances Daffron Scoggins and was also preceded in death by her husband Charles “Gary” Robbins and her sister Deborah Choate. Mrs. Robbins was a long time Administrative Assistant working for a number of years at Collins Manufacturing and Jackson Chair. For over 20 years she worked as Administrative Assistant for State Farm Agents Reba Garrison and Buell Connell. She was a member of North Cleveland Baptist Church for over 20 years and was a member, for over 25 years of the Pilot Club where she was very active and involved serving in various positions. She is survived by her children Brad Robbins and his wife Jan, ReNee` Tallent and her husband Roger, her grandchildren Caleb Robbins and his wife Carson, Will Robbins and his girlfriend Brittany Eaves, Delaney Robbins and her great grandchild Raylee Ann Robbins. Reba is also survived by her brother Rev. Kenneth Scoggins and his wife Mary Ann, her sister Katherine Heffington and her husband Gene along with several nieces and nephews. A Remembrance of Life Service to celebrate Reba’s life will be held at 11 o’clock Thursday at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee St. Chapel with her brother Rev. Kenneth Scoggins officiating. The committal service will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Ray and Brian Scoggins, David Heffington, Caleb Robbins, Will Robbins and Brad Robbins serving as casket bearers. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5 until 8pm and Thursday morning from 10 to 11am at the funeral home.
