He was born on July 16, 1934 to John and Ersa Gustafson in Bismarck, ND. On May 22, 1955, Loren married Julia Lott in Buchanan, MI. Loren is survived by his sons, Loren (Georgia) Gustafson Jr., Lee (Cyrina) Gustafson; daughters, Becky (John) Hartman, Brenda Gustafson, Joy Gustafson; brother, John; sister, Adele; 15 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Julia; parents, John and Ersa; sisters, Ida and Marilyn. A private graveside service will be held at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Buchanan, MI. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Michigan Department of Health & Human Services, Berrien County Foster Kids, 401 Eighth St., Benton Harbor, MI 49022.
