Graveside memorial services for Laveda Erlene Mullins will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 15, 2019, at the Waynoka Municipal Cemetery. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home of Waynoka, LLC. Laveda Erlene Mullins, daughter of the late Emory Fay and Martha Opal (Stinnett) Stevens, was born September 4, 1924, in Waynoka, Oklahoma, and passed away July 25, 2019, at Alva, Oklahoma, at the age of 92 years, 10 months, and 21 days. Erlene graduated from Waynoka High School and lived her entire life in Waynoka. In 1946, she married Irvin Gale Mullins. Together, they had three sons, Irvin Allen Mullins, Thomas Kent Mullins, and Michael Kelly Mullins. She was a member of the Waynoka Christian Church, P.E.O., Saddle Club, and several Bridge clubs. She loved to stay busy. Anyone that knew her has a story to tell of something silly she had done. She will be greatly missed. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin; two sons, Allen and Kent; one brother; one sister; three sisters-in-law; three nephews; and two brothers-in-law. Erlene is survived by one son, Michael Kelly Mullins and wife, Georgia Mae, of Sapulpa; 11 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
