Surrounded by her loving family, JoAnne Norstrom Rosa, departed this life on July 11, 2019. She was born in Wilmington, Delaware and was the daughter of James A. Norstrom and Joan Hattenfield Norstrom. JoAnne was preceded in death by both parents, her oldest son, James C. Rosa, her step-father, John R. Lowry, her grandparents and many aunts and uncles. Grandchildren include Michael, Ines, Quazeem, E.J., Sayquan, James, Sierra, Nicolas, Cheyenne, Vincent, Jamiah, and Kayne. Great Grandchildren include: Christopher, Quazeem, Jr., Angel and Davina. She is also survived by an aunt, Dessa Hattenfield of Iowa. The Rosa family wishes to thank the nurses of Compassionate Care Hospice for the care given to JoAnne during the past eight months. A Memorial Service will be held at Hanover Presbyterian Church, 1801 N. Jefferson Street, Wilmington, Delaware on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 10 AM.
