Jerald’s Obituary Jerald R. Olitsky, 85, of Lower Saucon Twp., died Sunday, July 28, 2019 at his residence. He is the husband of the late Jaqueline L. (Conrad) Olitsky, who died April 13, 2017. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on March 3, 1934 to the late David and Frances (Olin) Olitsky. Jerald served our country faithfully in the US Air Force during the Korean War. He worked as a salesman for Packing Corporation of America, Trexlertown for many years until retiring in 1984. He was an avid woodworker and golfer. He was a member of the Lions Club International and the Steel Club, Hellertown. Jerald truly loved all the staff and members at the Steel Club. Jerald was a staple at the DiMaio’s Italian Ristorante & Pizzeria, Hellertown where he would be seen with friends and family. The family wishes to thank the staff at the VNA of St. Luke’s for their compassion and care for Jerald during his illness. SURVIVORS Children: Susan J. (Henry F.) Gignac of Harrisburg, Andrew J. (Dawn H.) of Tampa, FL; sister: Patricia Mecurio of Long Island, NY; grandchildren: Jodie & Jenny; great granddaughter: Rebecca. Predeceased by children: Michael & Pattie. SERVICE Private.
