At the age of 3 months old he got pneumonia for the first time. When he was 2 1/2 years old it was discovered he had health issues. Jason loved being on a farm with the horses, cows, goats, sheep and dogs. He loved going fishing and camping with his family. Jason always loved his music. He always had a smile on his face even when he was in pain. He loved his family and friends. He touched so many hearts in his short life. Jason is survived by his mother Nicole Coffin of Atkinson; brother Curtis Bohac and sister Samantha Coffin both of Atkinson; his grandma Pamela Coffin of Atkinson; grandpa Steven Zlomke; his aunts Jenifer Coffin and her husband Adam and their children Maria, Elizabeth and Pamela of Fairbury, NE, Crystal Babcock and her 3 children Walker, Jazmyne & Ben of Creighton, NE, Stormy Coffin and her son Jason Jay (JJ) of Atkinson, Shawna Coffin of Inman; his uncles Brandon Coffin and aunt Rashele of Inman, Kenneth Coffin and Aunt Jenni and their daughters Kassandra & Katelynn of Ord, Vincent Coffin and aunt Cindy and their son Sebastian of Ord, NE, and Donald Shaffer of Atkinson. He was preceded in death by his Grandpa Karroll Coffin and Uncle Dave Menish.
