James Powell Shiver, 76, of Warwick passed away Monday, July 29, 2019 at Crisp Regional Hospital. A service to honor the life he lived will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 3, 2019 at Rocky Mount Baptist Church in Turner County. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the Social Hall of the church.
