Iva (Johnnie)’s Obituary Iva H. (Johnnie) McDonald, 85, a resident of Benton passed away Thursday, July 25, 2019 at home with her family. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and loved spending time with her family and her pets. Ms. McDonald was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy E. McDonald; her parents, Carl and Debbie Dilbeck Haulk; brother, Lester Haulk; sisters, Mary Reynolds, Betty Jean McDonald and Marchie Moats. Survivors include her children, Garry (Faith) McDonald, Billie (Roy Hitchcock) Dupre; granddaughter, Tammy Piper; and dear friends, Wanda Evans, John Pippenger and Henry Burchfield. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at Smyrna Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Dave Whaley officiating.
