Ina’s Obituary Ina Jane Horton, Neosho, MO entered into rest after a lengthy illness on July 26, 2019 at the age of 95 years, three months, and 26 days. She was a homemaker, a hard-working farm wife, and a mother. Jane was born March 31, 1924 in Plains, KS to Harley and Elva Fulton. She married W.J. (Bill) Horton, Jr. on July 26, 1943 in Plains; he preceded her in death on May 25, 1983. Jane was a member of the United Methodist Church, Neosho and of the Merry Makers Club. She is survived by three children: her son, Bill Horton; her daughter, Bella Morris; and her son, John Horton; two brothers: Tex Fulton and Charles Fulton; nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. In addition to her husband, Jane was preceded in death by one daughter, Carol Morrison; two sisters; and one brother. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at IOOF Cemetery, Neosho. Pastor Mitch Jarvis will officiate. A time of visitation will be on Tuesday from 12:30 pm until 1:00 pm at Clark Funeral Home, Neosho.
