Helen B. Fine, age 74, of Newport, passed away Monday, July 1, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents Conley and Rosie Black; son David Raines; mother-in-law Maggie Fine; and son-in-law Lennie James. She is survived by her husband Mike Fine; son Conley (Sandra) Raines; daughters Angel (Mark) Fox, Lisa James, and Melissa Fine; brother Robert Black (Mary Kate); sisters Martha (Bill) Holt, Dean Worley, Pauline (Ronald) Raines, Maxine (Groman) Black, and Connie (Joe) Hembree; grandchildren Matthew (Amanda) Raines, Roger Earl (Christian) Grooms, Sierra (Cory) White, Myra James, and Kaylee Fine; numerous great-grandchildren; father-in-law Ike Fine; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Mitch and Rita Fine, Janie and Wayne Rankin, and Kathy and Dean Hook; also several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm, Thursday, July 4, 2019 at Manes Funeral Home. Funeral Service will follow at 7:00 pm on Thursday in the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Raines and Rev. Leon Large officiating. Burial will be at 11:00 am Friday, July 5, 2019 in Union Cemetery. Family and friends may sign the guest register online at www.manesfuneralhome.com.
