Edwin Neal Allen St. George, Utah, Edwin Neal Allen, 84, passed away on July 18, 2019 in St. George, Utah surrounded by loved ones. He was born on February 2, 1935 in Jena, Louisiana, to Dwight Moody and Almeda Dickens Allen. He married Donna Poage in Kenai, Alaska on April 5, 1991. Edwin was raised in Jena, LA graduating from Jena High School. He is a Retired Army Veteran, Laborer and Corrections Officer. He loved fishing, hunting and most outdoor activities. He is survived by his wife Donna Allen, sister Betty Massey, brother Leon Allen, children; David Segura, Dale Segura, Victoria Kelly, Warren Allen, Jared Allen, Peggy Salvador, Melanie Smith, Devona Covey and multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Monday, July 22, 2019 at the Southern Utah Veterans Home, 160 N. 200 E. Ivins, UT.
