Chad Alan Weltha, 45, of Jewell died July 14, 2019 at his home in Jewell. Private family services will be held at a later date. Chad was born on June 29, 1974 in Story City to Floyd and Helen (Johnson) Weltha. He worked for Seamless Pros in Jewell. Chad enjoyed four-wheeling, kayaking, playing video games and spending time with his daughters.
