Callee Mae Crone-Arias, 8 years young, of Martinsville, gained her angel wings at 7:32 pm on Sunday, July 28, 2019. Callee was boating and swimming with family and friends, something she loved to do, when she was in a tragic accident that would forever the change the lives of her loved ones. She is the daughter of Jose Pablo Crone-Arias and Kimberlee Ann (Daniels) Crone-Arias and was born on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 in Martinsville, Indiana. The sassy, fiercely independent, bright-eyed, adventure seeking eight-year-old, adored animals, loved to draw, color, and read and was known to be a ‘dog whisperer’. She never met a stranger and made certain all who met her would never forget her! Like most girls her age, she also loved to sing and dance and was a talented gymnast. She had been taking gymnastics lessons at Wright’s Gymnastics in Greenwood and was going to be attending 3rd grade at Smith Elementary School within a few weeks. She is survived by a host of family and friends who miss her beyond comprehension, including her father, Pablo (fiancé, Jennifer McGregor) Crone-Arias of Greenwood; mother, Kimberlee Ann Crone-Arias of Martinsville; one sister, Mollee Thacker of Martinsville; three brothers, Brodee and Bradee Thacker both of Martinsville and Trey Pryor of Monrovia; paternal grandparents, Bill and Cecilia Crone of Eminence; paternal great grandmother, Emilce Arias of Costa Rica; maternal grandparents, Gregory and Debbie Daniels of Martinsville; maternal great grandfather, Grant Daniels Jr. of Martinsville; two uncles, Frank Crone-Arias of Costa Rica and Gregory Daniels Jr. of Martinsville; four aunts, Carol Crone-Arias of Zionsville, Jennifer and Samantha Daniels both of Martinsville and Mary Zimmerman of Germany and her beloved dog and best friend, Noah. Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, August 2nd from 4:00 -8:00 pm and from 12 Noon – 1:00 pm on Saturday at Neal & Summers Funeral and Cremation Center in Martinsville. A service celebrating Callee’s life will be on Saturday, August 3rd beginning at 1:00 pm at the funeral home and she will be laid to rest following the service in Friendship Park Cemetery in Paragon, Indiana. The family has asked that contributions be made in lieu of flowers in Callee’s memory to Emmanuel Church Greenwood Campus for church missions, 1640 W. Stones Crossing Road W, Greenwood, IN 46143. The money will be used to fulfill Callee’s wish, to someday make enough money to feed, clothe and shelter the homeless. Memories and condolences may be sent to the family online at www.nealandsummers.com
Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Callee Mae Crone-Arias May 31 2011 July 28 2019.
