On July 8, 2019 Barbara Degele Yargar passed away. Beloved wife of Wayne Yargar, adoring mother of John Schlaffer, Nikki Capri, Patrick Yargar, and the late Nelson Yargar, III. Loving stepmother to Holly Polston and Becky Helems, dedicated grandmother (mee-maw/granny) to numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sister to John E. (Jack) Degele Jr., daughter of John E. Degele Sr. and the late Marjorie Degele. Barbara was adored by countless extended family and friends. Barbara’s life passion was to be a mother and she succeeded in this endeavor more than anyone before. A celebration of life will be held at Hightopps Backstage Grille; 2306 York Road, Lutherville-Timonium, MD 21093 on Saturday July 27th from 1-4 pm. Internment will be private. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Reisterstown SPCA to honor her love for animals.
