Thomas P. Bauer age 81, of Cincinnati, OH, passed away Monday, June 17th in his home. Tom was born in Cincinnati on September 3, 1937 to August “Gus” and Margaret (nee Pessler) Bauer. He graduated from Elder High School. Served in the US Army and went to work for the Cincinnati Fire Department for 28 years retiring in 1988 as a Lieutenant. Tom also ran TS Distributors for 30 years. In his free time and in retirement he enjoyed riding his bike, golfing, tennis, spending time in Florida, Preceded in death by parents: August and Margaret Bauer; siblings: Jack, William, Robert Bauer, Audrey Schaefer and Donna Miller. He is survived by his loving daughters: Tracy (Randy Ketron) Bauer and Sheri Maslyn; beloved granddaughters: Samantha (Jason)Yeager, Jennifer Maslyn (Nick Listerman), Jessica (Brent) Register, Valerie (Greg) Tabar; precious great-grandchildren: Noah, Layla, Hudson, Eden, Bennett and Ava; and sister Betty Wells. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at Our Lady of Lourdes on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 from 10:30 AM until the time of Mass at 12 PM. Reception to follow.
