Ted F. “Teddy” Seiple, age 80, of 3613 Red Maple Lane, Bloomsburg, died at 5:10 a. m. on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, where he was a patient. Born in Bloomsburg on August 18, 1938, he was the son of the late Tennis G. and Erma (Knorr) Seiple. He Bloomsburg area and a 1956 graduate of the former Scott Township High School. Teddy was employed as a salesman for Home Furnace Co., Holland, Michigan for 30 years, retiring in 1998. He was always ready and willing to help his friends and neighbors. He enjoyed going on cruises and loved cars, especially Corvettes. He served in the U. S. Army Reserves. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Terry F. Seiple, Sr. and Thomas K. Seiple. Surviving are his long time companion, Joan M. Fagley, who resided with him; a son, Ted F. Seiple, Jr., Montgomery, Ill. , three sisters: twins , Sondra M. Myers, Bloomsburg and Shelby K. Hoffman, Jim Thorpe; and Cherie A., wife of Michael Collins, Bloomsburg; and a number of nieces and nephews. At Teddy’s request there will be no funeral services or viewing. Interment will be made in Elan Memorial Park, Lime Ridge, at the convenience of the family.
