Robert Edward Hughes, Sr, 79 , of Shady Valley , TN formerly of Clearwater, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2019. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio to Thomas A. and Marie (nee’ Murray) Hughes May 25, 1940. Avid into Real Estate and rental properties he was considered a jokester and a little bit of the “Black Sheep” of the family. Besides his parents, Robert is preceded in death by a son, Christopher Hughes, grandson, Sean Christopher Leer and brother, Michael Hughes He is survived by his girlfriend of 27 years, Maria Robinson; 2 sons, Robert Edward Hughes, Jr, Timothy Patrick Hughes; 2 daughters, Angel (Jim) Parker, Katie Hughes; a brother, Thomas Anthony Hughes; 2 sisters, Sr. Kathleen Hughes, Patricia (Fred) Baumer; 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
