Parker C. Williams, 82, Rousseau passed away Thursday, August 9, at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard. He was a member of the Odd Fellas Lodge in Mount Sterling. He was the son of the late Hershel and Edna Arnett Williams. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, James Williams, Carl Williams. He is survived by his wife, Nora Williams; three sons, Walton Williams, Terry Wayne Williams, Tony Williams; one daughter, Barbara Marlowe; one sister, Mazie Jones; five grandchildren;… Read More » five great grandchildren.
