Michael “Mickey” Robert Artrip July 09, 1956 – June 10, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card MICHAEL ROBERT ARTRIP Michael Robert Artrip, 62 of Falls Mills, VA, passed away Monday, June 10, 2019. Born in Bluefield, WV, he was the son of Mary Jane Davis Artrip of Falls Mills, VA and the late Bobby Carl Artrip. Mickey was a member of Memorial Baptist Church in Bluefield, VA. He loved fishing and playing video games and was a Virginia Tech fan. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his niece, Diane Rice Those left to cherish his memory are his mother: May Jane Artrip and his brother: Tim Artrip and wife, Lynnette all of Falls Mills, VA; his daughters: Nicole Franklin and husband, Darren and Christa Vires and husband, Anthony all of Charleston, SC; grandchildren: Abigail, Addison, Brayden and Tryston; nephew: Jason Artrip of Dublin, VA; great-niece: Kaitlyn Atrtip. Funeral services for Mickey will be held Friday, June 14, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Dudley Memorial Chapel with Pastor Bill Lykins officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Friday, at Dudley Memorial from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of the service. His body will be laid to rest on Monday, June 17, 2019 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
