Fun and Fabulous, M. LoRayne Van Wyk, age 100, passed away on June 26, 2019. Lorayne was born on April 11, 1919 to Dan Shea and Agnes Steppuhn in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in 1937 and was a member of the Crimson and Blue. LoRayne married Lloyd Fent in Chicago in 1941. Their lives brought them back to Council Bluffs, then Tucson, Arizona, then on to Los Angeles, California. Besides raising her sons, LoRayne worked for Pacific Bell in Los Angeles.… Read More »
