Mary E. Gilliam Jones, 80, of Fort Payne, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2019. Mary was a member of Second Baptist Church. She loved music and played the piano at different churches for many years. Mary loved birds and enjoyed watching and feeding them daily. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Wilson Funeral Home with burial following in Fischer Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 until 8 p.m. She is survived by her girls Robin Weaver and husband, Ryan, and Tammy Roden and husband, Neil; grandchildren, Tyler Thacker, Taylor Roden, and Logan Roden; sisters, Joan Moses, Gail Rowland, and Cathy Crow; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents John Edward and Ruby Mae Chasteen Gilliam; sister, Bobbie Jean McPherson; brother, Elmer Gilliam; infant daughter, Sandra Lee Baker; and husbands, Arnell Baker, Billy Jack Britt, and Mike Jones.
