Services for Margie Louise Kennedy Suggs will be Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at 11 AM at the Allen & Allen Funeral Home Chapel and Rev. Darrell Owens will officiate. Margie went home to be with the Lord on June 21, 2019. Born February 26, 1931, she was the daughter of the late John Lewis Childree and Minnie Mae Barnhill. She was a substitute teacher in the Thomas County School system for many years and was a good cook. She was especially known for her pound cakes. She is survived by her children, Debbie Kennedy Kirkland of Thomasville, Ga., Kathy Renee Wissing and her husband Steve of Pace, Fl., and Allyn Matthews Kennedy and his wife Nettie of Thomasville. Also surviving are grandchildren Keelan Jay Kirkland (Felicia), David Allyn Kennedy (Gerriann), Patrick Steven Wissing (Kayla), Jacob Newton Wissing (Brittany); great grandchildren Jade Celine Kirkland, Ginger Grace Kirkland, Abigail Reese Kennedy, Ava Wissing, Aubree Wissing, Rylee Wissing, Hayden Wissing.
