Obituary Lawrence Adkins, 94 years of Council Bluffs, passed away June 22, 2019. He was born in Council Bluffs to John and Lenora (Butts) Adkins February 20, 1925. He proudly served with the United States Army. He was an elementary teacher in the Council Bluffs School System.
