Laverne’s Obituary Laverne M. Frohlich, age 62, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2019. She was born on January 21, 1957 to the late Clarence and Anna (nee Troyanovich) VanSelow. Laverne was extremely involved with the St. Ambrose Parish. She was the VP of the Brunswick Youth Soccer Association and also found time for the Boy Scouts Troop #513. She will be missed by her beloved husband, John of 38 years; loving children Johnnie, Niki (Joe) Thompson and Kenny; and cherished grandchild, Joey; brother Edward (Lorraine) VanSelow, loving nieces and nephews; Laverne was preceded in death by her brother Clarence and sister Judi. Family will welcome friends on Friday, June 28, 2019 from 4-8PM at the Waite and Son Funeral Homes, Brunswick Chapel. 3300 Center Road, Brunswick. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 10AM at St. Ambrose, 929 Pearl Rd, Brunswick, OH 44212. Following the service, burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery, Valley City, OH 44280.
