Mrs. Laura Mae Evans, age 86 of Athens, AL passed away at Athens Health and Rehab. Mrs. Evans was born on February 6, 1933 to Clifford Gatlin and Evelyn Gatlin Dawes. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Woodrow Evans; sister, Betty Sue Christopher; 2 brothers, Thomas Gatlin and David Dawes.
