Obituary Kenny Stalcup, age 60, of Whiteford, MD passed away on June 6, 2019 at his home. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Thomas and Sandra (Henry) Stalcup. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served our country in the Gulf War and retired with the rank of SFC in 2001. He worked with Jacobs Technology in Aberdeen as a Weapons System Operator and an Artillery Tester Leader for 14 years. He was a member of VFW #5337 in Abingdon and American Legion #0182 in Whiteford.
