Jonah Kellim Matthews, 23, of Waterloo, IL, died June 14, 2019, in Fults, IL. He was born January 29, 1996, in St. Louis, MO. He is survived by his parents David and Debra (nee Kellim) Matthews; brothers Joshua (Jamie) Matthews, Jacob (Kristen) Matthews, Jordan (Brook) Matthews, Jeremiah Matthews, & Jesse Matthews; nieces and nephews Ashton, Amos, and Abe, and Quinn Matthews; grandparents Ray and Gloria Matthews; aunts; uncles; and cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Bob and Sue Kellim. Jonah was a member of First Baptist Church – Waterloo, Waterloo FFA (Star Farmer and State Degree), and Monroe County Young Leaders (Farm Bureau). As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: Family Wishes Visitation: 4 PM to 8 PM Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Quernheim Funeral Home 10 AM until time of service Wednesday at First Baptist Church Funeral: 11 AM Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at First Baptist Church in Waterloo, IL Pastor Daryl Skaer officiating Interment at Kolmer Memorial Cemetery in Waterloo, IL
