Sympathies message

  1. Janice Palmer was a remarkable woman. She was an archeologist, world explorer and adventurer. She devoted her life to exploring new cultures and peoples at a time when women were expected to stay home.

She was always up front with her opinion; if she thought something was a waste of time, she’s say so. If she thought an idea had merit she’d give her whole hearted encouragement.

Jennie believed WHO a person was mattered so much more than WHAT a person was and readily accepted anyone regardless of their race, religion, orientation or background.

An avid dog lover, Jennie’s dedication to her animals was matched only by her support for the humane societies that cared for the many other pets in need of loving homes.

Her zeal for life and no nonsense attitude made a tremendous impact on her community and inspired countless others to follow their dreams.

Janice Palmer was very much loved. She was loved by her mother and her father. She was loved by her brother. She was loved by her husband. She was loved by her nephews. She was especially loved by her nieces.

    She will be missed.
