James “Larry” Sinnett, age 72, husband of 50 years to Mary Jane Stallings Sinnett, of Lawrenceburg, passed on June 11, 2019 at his residence. Larry was born in Owensboro, Kentucky to James Everett Sinnett and Catherine Edwina Watts Wiley, both of Owensboro. He was a member of Anderson Christian Church and was a former truck driver for American Beauty Macaroni. He previously lived many years in Denver, Colorado where he spent his younger years hunting, fishing, woodworking, and watching NASCAR. Larry also loved traveling and having his family around him. Along with his wife and parents, he is survived by his son, Lawrence E. Sinnett, Lawrenceburg; two grandchildren, Victor Eugene Sinnett, of Colorado, and Jada Marie Gallegos, of Oklahoma; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, William R. Sinnett, Philpot, KY and Scotty R. Sinnett, Howesville, KY; two sisters, Edna Jane Morton, Owensboro, KY and Linda Faye Burch, Whitesville, KY; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a son, James Eric Sinnett and brother, Ricky Dean Sinnett. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 21, 2019 at Anderson Christian Church with Pastor Jonathan Gleason officiating. Gash Memorial Chapel is in charge of the arrangements. Memorial contributions are suggested to Anderson Christian Church Benevolent Fund, 1631 US 127, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342.
