James Edward Spencer, 48, of Davenport, passed away on Monday, June 10, 2019 at Saint Cloud Regional Medical Center. James was born on July 24, 1970 a son to Gilbert and Joyce (Perry) Spencer in Georgia. James worked as a laborer in the construction industry. He is survived by his loving spouse Precious, three daughters, Patricia Spencer, Jamela Spencer, and Precious JC Spencer; two sons, Darrick Spencer and James Spencer III; two granddaughters, Jakiylah Flowers, and Zyonna Brown; grandson, Dajuan Itson; three brothers, Henry Pabst Beavers, Martez Spencer and, Keith Spencer; two sisters, Lucky Beavers, and Winnie Beavers. James was preceded in death by his father, Gilbert Spencer, and mother, Joyce Beavers. There will be a memorial service on June 22, 2019 in Flint Michigan.
