Gisele West Alvey November 24, 1970 – June 24, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Dr. Gisele West Alvey, age 48, of Lebanon, ended her battle on Monday, June 24, 2019 at University of Louisville Hospital. She was born on November 24, 1970 in Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. West was a proud veterinarian and former owner of Preferred Veterinarian Care. She was a member of the Kentucky Veterinary Medical Association. She will forever be remembered for her kind and loving nature and her love and compassion for animals. She will be missed by many. She was preceded in death by her mother, Janie West. She is survived by her loving husband, Dennis Alvey, of Lebanon, Kentucky. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Thursday, June 27, 2019 at the Abundant Life Church. Interment will be held at noon on Friday, June 28, 2019 at Louisville Memorials Gardens. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Abundant Life Church.
