Danny E. Shepherd age 65, of Wharton died at his sister’s home in Findlay on Mon. June 24, 2019. On July 11, 1953 he was born in Kenton to the late Jewel E. and Doris I. (Fraley) Shepherd. He is survived by his children Barry Hook, Antwerp, Michael (Buffy) Hook, Cecil, Jeremy (Nicole) Shepherd, Delaware, Travis (Stephanie) Shepherd, TN, 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, a brother Jerry (Sharlene) Shepherd, Richwood, sisters Sharon (Gary) Schmuck, Forest, Glenda (Tracy) Rush, Bowling Green, Marie (Michael) Baumlein, Findlay. He graduated in 1971 from Riverdale High School. Mr. Shepherd was owner/operator of S.B.W. & Co. at the Findlay Village Mall, Findlay. His hobbies were fishing, woodworking and gardening. A graveside service will be held on Wed. June 26, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. in the Wharton Richland Union Cemetery, Wharton with Pastor Gary Yarbrough officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Danny Shepherd Memorial Fund in care of Clark Shields Funeral Home 301 S. Patterson St. Forest, OH 45843.
