Charles’ Obituary Charles Richard Fluharty, 64, of Sioux City passed away June 13, 2019 at a local hospital following a tragic accident. Per his wishes, his body has been cremated and no services are planned. Charles was born in Fairmont, West Virginia on November 1, 1954 to Charles W. and Carolyn (Schrader) Fluharty. He grew up in Weirton, WV where he graduated from high school. In 1995, Charles moved to the Siouxland area. He worked as a cook for Famous Dave’s and other restaurants. Charles enjoyed baseball and was a very nice and caring person. Those left to honor his memory are his siblings: Pamela (Ronald) Drennan of Weirton, WV; Charlotte Fluharty of Weirton, WV; William Fluharty of Weirton, WV; Timothy (Katie) Fluharty of Weirton, WV; Kathy Smith of Fairmont, WV; and John (Darcee) Fluharty of Sergeant Bluff, IA.
