Mrs. Cooper was preceded in death by her parents, John L. Howell and Allie Ruth Wells Howell; brothers, William A. Howell, Jack L. Howell, Raymond Howell and Tom Howell; and sister, Vannie R. Bullard. Survivors include her loving husband, Herbert W. “Bill” Cooper; one son, Michael S. Cooper (Dorinda W.); one sister, Sandra L. Kee; and one grandson, Ryan T. Cooper. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. from Wetumpka Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Kim Webb officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the memorial service. Wetumpka Memorial Funeral Home directing.
