Austan Clay Smith, 21, of Lebanon, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 22, 2019, in Lebanon. Born in Lebanon on September 10, 1997, he was the son of Eric L. and Sarah L. (Vituszynski) Smith of Lebanon. He was a graduate of Cedar Crest High School with the Class of 2016 & The Lebanon County Career & Technolody Center with the class of 2016. He attended Avon Zion United Methodist Church until its closing last year. Austan enjoyed riding his bike, Parkour, being with his K-9 son Shadow, auto body work on cars, and just being outdoors. In addition to his parents, he is survived by sisters Coryn N. (Smith) Weaver, Hailee S. Smith and Michaela A. Smith, all of Lebanon; maternal grandparents Michael and Diana Vituszynski of Lebanon; paternal grandfather Kenneth Johnson, Jr. of Lebanon; maternal great grandmother Florence Vituszynski of Lebanon; nephew Leo K. Weaver of Lebanon; girlfriend Amber C. Lutz of Lebanon; close family friend Meri Hemperly Muniz and many aunts, uncles & cousins. He was met in heaven by grandmother Judy Johnson and cousin Timothy Zohner II. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. from the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd., Jonestown. A visitation will be one hour prior to the service. There will be no burial. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to his K-9 son Shadow, c/o Amber Lutz, 1337 King St, Lebanon, PA 17046, or to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
