Obituary Amber Lynn Payne, 57, of Brazil, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2019 in St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis. She was born on August 22, 1961, the daughter of James E. Payne and Carolyn (Lee) Payne. Amber was a 1979 graduate of Brazil Senior High School and a 2011 graduate of Harrison Business College. She performed with the Clay County Community Theater.
