Allard August 06, 1958 – May 01, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| View Guestbook Entries| Memorial Donation William P. “Billy” Allard, 60, of Bellingham, MA passed away at home on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 with his loving family by his side. He is the beloved husband of Karen M. (Laferriere) Allard for 39 years. Born in Woonsocket, RI on August 6, 1958, he is the son of the late Arthur C. and Norma F. (Armstrong) Allard. He is the loving father of Marc W. Allard and his wife, Miranda of Uxbridge, MA, and Michael E. Allard and his wife, Amy of Blackstone, MA. He leaves his cherished grandchildren Alanah M. Allard of Uxbridge, MA and Madison E. Allard of Blackstone, MA. He is the brother of Deborah Lombardo and Edward Allard of Blackstone, MA, Janis Lacroix and her husband James of Franklin, Joseph Allard of Gloucester, Kathi Allard of Southampton, Lois Coutu and her husband Marcel, Diane Fitzgerald and her husband Kevin, all of Bellingham. He is also survived by his sister-in-law’s Janice Allard of North Providence, RI and Michelle Allard of Bellingham and his brother-in-law’s Norman Belanger and Paul Blais both of Woonsocket. He was predeceased by his sisters Gail Donna Belanger, Betty Jo Blais, Judy E. Marchand and Arlene Allard, and his brothers Michael and John Allard. He leaves many nieces and nephews. Billy was a lifelong resident of Bellingham and graduate of Bellingham High School class of 1976. He worked, as a machine operator for Lucas-Milhaupt in Warwick, RI for 36 years until retiring in 2014. Previously he worked at Engelhard Industries in Plainville, MA and Wolverine Technologies in Warwick, RI. He enjoyed traveling and vacationing in Aruba. Billy was an avid sports fan and loved the Patriots. He was a life long member of the Anheuser Bush Club and was known to have the coldest 30 pack. Billy loved his wife, children, grandchildren, family and friends, and will be sadly missed by all. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 11th at 12:30PM at CARTIER’S FUNERAL HOME, 151 So. Main St. (Rte 126), Bellingham, MA Visiting hours are from 10:30AM to 12:30PM prior to service. Interment will follow at Scott Cemetery, Center St., Bellingham. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
