Obituary Starr E. Quackenbush, age 78, of Shippensburg, passed away Thursday, May 9, 2019 at Chambersburg Hospital, Chambersburg. She was born Sunday, April 20, 1941 in Bronx, NY. Starr graduated from St. John’s Episcopal School of Nursing in 1962 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Starr maintained her license at Forest Park Nursing Home and was the clinical nurse who developed a rehabilitation program at Roxbury Treatment Facility.
